1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Curry on Wheels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Curry on Wheels' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Order and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Curry on Wheels. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Orders are non-refundable except in cases where we fail to deliver or the order cannot be prepared. Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery/pickup date.

Subscriptions. Monthly meal plan subscriptions are billed in advance for the full subscription period. Once a subscription is purchased and payment is processed, all charges are final and non-refundable. You may pause or cancel your subscription to prevent future billing, but no refunds or credits will be issued for the current or any prior billing period, including for partially used subscription periods, missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, or changes in personal circumstances.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are available as specified on our website. Delivery is available to selected areas in the Bay Area only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously, please note that our kitchen is not a completely allergen-free facility. Cross-contamination may occur.

You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. All dietary information should be communicated through the special instructions field. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Curry on Wheels' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Curry on Wheels makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Curry on Wheels or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Curry on Wheels' website, even if Curry on Wheels or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Curry on Wheels' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Curry on Wheels does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Curry on Wheels may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Curry on Wheels has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Curry on Wheels of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
