Together, we blend Curry on Wheels' beloved Bengali home cooking with Everest Chilli Pepper's bold regional Indian flavors — from fiery Kosha Mangsho to fragrant Kashmiri Pulao. Every dish is slow-simmered, freshly prepared, and served with the kind of care that only comes from a shared love of food and tradition.

Chef Dipak Thapa
Chef Dipak Thapa began his journey with Curry on Wheels in 2013, serving as Chef and Partner during the early years of the venture. His craft, dedication, and deep understanding of regional Indian flavors helped shape the soul of Curry on Wheels' kitchen.
Building on that foundation, Chef Dipak went on to establish his own restaurant in Roseville under the name Everest Chilli Pepper — bringing the same authenticity and passion to a new community, while remaining a cherished partner and friend of the Curry on Wheels family.
